Our Office of Diversity and Inclusion supports the diversity of ideas, beliefs, and ethnicities of the students, faculty, and staff affiliated with the University of Chicago Medicine, Biological Sciences Division, and the Pritzker School of Medicine. Our vibrant and intellectually curious community of scholars has the privilege of training and working with some of the best students in the country, and we are committed to ensuring that all of them are valued and empowered to excel. The Biological Sciences Division has Pathway Programs for students and trainees at every level.
Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS)
SACNAS is a society of scientists dedicated to fostering the success of Chicano/Hispanic and Native American scientists—from college students to professionals—to attain advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in science. UChicago hosts a SACNAS chapter.
