Commitment to diversity is central to our mission of discovery.
Diversity and inclusion are core values. We benefit greatly from the multiplicity of UChicago voices and perspectives, which help us to solve complex problems in a rapidly changing world. By supporting diversity, we enhance our understanding of the world—the world that our research is designed to benefit. Our Office of Diversity and Inclusion supports the diversity of ideas, beliefs, and ethnicities of the students, faculty, and staff affiliated with the University of Chicago Medicine, Biological Sciences Division, and the Pritzker School of Medicine. Our vibrant and intellectually curious community of scholars has the privilege of training and working with some of the best students in the country, and we are committed to ensuring that all of them are valued and empowered to excel. The Biological Sciences Division has Pathway Programs for students and trainees at every level.
