UChicago Biosciences offers 18 programs designed to lead to the PhD; the program in Public Health Sciences offers a master’s degree for clinical professionals in addition to the PhD. We also offer combined MD/PhD degrees.
Students interested in the new joint program with the Marine Biological Laboratory should apply directly the Integrative Biology or Development, Regeneration, and Stem Cell Biology PhD Programs.

Submit your completed application for the PhD programs by December 1. Submit a single application to UChicago Biosciences. You may apply to as many as four programs with this application. Please list the program of most interest to you first; this program will be given first priority in reviewing your application. Learn more about our programs.
Applicants are expected to have completed a bachelor of arts (BA), bachelor of science (BS), or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university by the time they matriculate.
